Referral Eligibility and Rewards:

  • In order to participate in the Program, the Referrer must complete and submit the “Customer Refer A Marketer Form”. The form can be found on the Silverpop Client Community, Support Portal, Website, and can also be accessed by contacting your Relationship Manager. Referrals not submitted via the “Customer Refer A Marketer Form” will not be eligible for any referral reward.
  • The number of referrals you can make is not limited.
  • Referrals can be subsidiaries, division, departments, affiliates, business units and branch offices of an existing Silverpop customer as long as the referred group is not already using Silverpop Engage.
  • Participants from organizations with Silverpop Referral Partnership Agreements are excluding from entering the Refer a Marketer program, and encouraged to use the partner portal for referring business to Silverpop.
  • If more than one referral is made for the same party within a 6 months period, only first referral to be submitted will be eligible for reward.
  • The Silverpop Refer A Marketer begins on March 1, 2011. Referrals will not be back-dated to customers that signed up before that date.
  • Self-referrals are not permitted.
  • A successful referral is considered a referred contact who enters into a licensing agreement with Silverpop within 6 months of your referral. There is no reward awarded for referrals who do not become Silverpop customers within 6 months of the referral.
  • Referring contacts must be 21 years of age.
  • Referrals submitted after the referred prospect has entered into a licensing agreement with Silverpop are not eligible for a reward gift.
  • You will be notified by Silverpop if your referral is successful.
  • Each successful referral will be rewarded only once regardless of consequent sales contracts/renewals.
  • All reward amounts are stated in U.S. dollars.
  • Referral rewards will not be sent to a referring contact at any company that has an outstanding balance with Silverpop.
  • Referral rewards will be sent upon Silverpop receiving a signed sales contract and all necessary billing information from the referred company.
  • If your company’s internal policies prohibit you from receiving rewards/corporate gifts, it is your responsibility to disclose that information on the “Customer Refer A Marketer Form”.
  • The gift card is subject to’s terms and conditions.
  • The participant is responsible for any taxes that may result from receiving a reward
  • Returns or exchanges of received rewards are not possible.

Terminating the Program

  • Silverpop reserves the right to terminate the Silverpop Customer Refer A Marketer Program at any time.

Change of Program Rules

  • Silverpop reserves the right in its sole discretion to alter, amend, modify, change or discontinue any of the Silverpop Customer Refer A Marketer Program's terms described herein without prior notice. Any such amendments will be posted to this page, and it is your responsibility to review this page from time to time for such amendments. Silverpop retains sole discretion and authority to interpret all aspects of the referral program including, but not limited to, criteria, eligibility, and type of rewards
